About this Event
Pursuit is a community-based adult day program presented by NWSRA and Clearbrook that focuses on four core elements: Recreation & Leisure; Skills & Self-Advocacy; Community Integration; and Health & Wellness.
Come tour the Buffalo Grove location, which is located within the Buffalo Grove Fitness Center, and learn a bit about all six Pursuit sites.
Informational Tours are FREE but advanced registration is required and space may be limited. Deadline to register is Monday, October 24th.
Educational Outreach events are designed to provide families, educators, and service providers with useful information related to the transition process as well as life in the community after educational entitlements end. Events are paid for in part by agency funding from Palatine Township. Thank you for your support!
