Important Meeting for Parents and Youth attending the Gathering!2024 ELCA Youth Gathering will take place July 16-20 in New Orleans. We ask that you prayerfully consider joining Advent and Celebration as we make preparations.
We will be meeting August 20 between services to discuss transportation (our group will be flying), fill out in necessary paperwork, and answer any questions you may have. Total cost is $1200 which includes registration, transportation, and hotel fees. We are asking that $150 registration be paid by each youth attending. This is due no later than September 9.
We will use designated gathering funds and fund raising for our group. There are also scholarships available from the ELCA.
It is most important to attend the meeting on August 20. This will determine the number of adults who will accompany our youth.
