The Yankton Parks & Recreation Department invites the public to attend an informational meeting to help form a task force regarding the creation of a facility with bicycle specific features, such as a pump track. The initial meeting will be on Tuesday, May 14, noon to 1:00pm, in the Community Room at the CMTEA Building, 1200 W. 21st Street.
The informational meeting will be to introduce the idea of pump tracks and their various configuration, discuss task force formation and efforts that will be needed by the group, and general idea formation through brainstorming on what a facility in the Yankton area could be like.
