Information Session - EBCF L1 digital course with functional skills

This information session will be delivered by training provider EBCF and will share information on a L1 Digital Skills course (including AI) with functional skills.

The 6 week course will include both theory and practical skills for learners to upskill themselves which will help them progress into employment.

The offer is:

• Level 1 Digital Skills (NCFE accredited). This includes an accredited Functional Skill (English or Maths depending on Initial Assessment)
• The primary outcome is into employment or job/career progression
• Participants can progress to Level 2 Digital Skills with a second functional skill at a higher level
• Assigned NCS jobs coach
• Tailored learning plans and tailored careers plans
• Free pastoral support, including bus passes
• Access to our West Midlands Multibank partnership

Eligibility

- Age - 19+

- Must have access to public recourse

- Unemployed or underemployed (must be able to commit to the 6 weeks in person delivery)

- Learners must be at, at least E3 English

- Must be a resident of Solihull from one of the following priority wards - Chelmsley Wood, Smith's Wood, Kingshurst and Fordbridge, Lyndon, Bickenhill, Castle Bromwich
