The Pre-Apprenticeship Program includes approximately 120 hours of hands-on training, OSHA 10 certification, and one-on-one employment support.
Requirements to join the training:
→ 18 years of age or older
→ Authorized to work in the United States
→ Ability to perform physically demanding work
→ Commitment to attend all training sessions
→ An intermediate level of English is required at minimum (training will be provided in English)
Pre-Apprenticeship Training Details
→ Training Dates: Monday, July 13 – Friday, July 24, 2026
→ Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
→ Location (week 1): Wisconsin Laborers’ Apprenticeship and Training Center, 4633 LIUNA Way, DeForest, WI 53532
After completing the Pre-Apprenticeship Program, participants who enter a registered apprenticeship can earn an average starting wage of approximately $35 per hour plus benefits, depending on the trade and employer.
