Just like Mother Earth, we as women are magnificent creators, life-givers, nurturers, and protectors. We hold within us an extraordinary capacity to love, lead, and bring beautiful new possibilities into being.💗

Yet, through the lived experiences of our everyday lives, we often lose sight of this grandeur. When we walk upon the Earth, we only see what is right in front of us. We feel the ground beneath our feet, but we miss the bigger picture her full breathtaking beauty ,which could only be seen from a higher perspective🌏

Rising Above the Ground Level

Like Mother Earth, many of us live our lives stuck on the ground level of our own minds. We get stuck inside our perceived limited identity, focusing on our daily challenges and lack. Over time, we learn to play small, we hold back our truth, let go of our dreams, and forget how powerful we are and who we were born to be

Mother Earth nourishes, sustains and gives abundantly to us all without asking for anything in return. But she needs us , she needs our love, respect and care so she can raise her energy.

As women we often find ourselves also giving endlessly to others, sometimes forgetting that we too need to feel loved ,cared for and nourished.

• A number of mats ,throws and cushions will be provided - However feel free to bring your own along to ensure every one has what they need and your full comfort is ensured throughout the evening.
• The room is upstairs above the Quinns Mindarie Surf Life saving club -there are steps to the upper front door or a lift if you prefer.
• Please bring a drink of water with you if you would like to.
