The music that Vince Guaraldi wrote for various Peanuts cartoon specials in the 1960s & 1970s has become an indispensible part of the pop culture zeitgeist, as well as an integral part of Christimas and other holiday celebrations. On December 13, Vancouver-based pianist & composer Dean Thiessen will be performing this iconic music at the Revue Stage on Granville Island with his group, the Peanuts 5-tet! Featuring the music of Vince Guaraldi written for various Peanuts cartoons (holiday and otherwise), this group will bring holiday memories back in no time.
