Our group classes are informative and interactive with hands on practice to supplement the evidence based information provided by the instructor. Taught by an Infant Feeding Specialist, you will learn about breastfeeding/chestfeeding, pumping techniques, bottle feeding, hand expression, formula use, and when is the right time for it all.Topics include:
- Light introduction of historical context of breast/chestfeeding
- How to understanding feeding cues of your baby
- Hands on practice with feeding position, paced bottle feeding, burping, hand expression and pumping practice
- Common issues and where to turn for support
- Plus more!
Class is $150 for birthing person and support partner
