Becoming a parent comes with a lot of joy and new discovery, but also uncertainty and worry. What if something goes wrong? If your baby chokes or suddenly stopped breathing, would you know how to respond?Together, Spring Integrative Health and Full Circle Birth Collective are proud to offer L’il Hearts CPR, a life-saving workshop designed especially for parents, grandparents and caregivers. Taught by a seasoned healthcare professional who are also is a parent of four, these classes provide the confidence, skills, and hands-on practice you need to handle emergencies with calm and clarity.
In this course, you’ll learn:
Infant & Child CPR
How to respond to infant and child choking
Basic first aid essentials for parents
Hands-on practice using lifelike CPR manikins
Taught in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment, L’il Hearts CPR is designed with caregivers in mind. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, build confidence, and learn using the same high-quality, professional equipment trusted by the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
