Hand to Heart CPR and First Aid Training, LLC is hosting an Infant CPR & Choking Relief class at New Mom School Nashville from 7:00–8:30 PM, led by Morgan Lima, MSN, RN, founder and owner of Hand to Heart.

Designed for parents and caregivers, this class provides a relaxed, supportive environment to learn and practice essential life-saving skills for infants.

During the class, Morgan will cover:

• How to recognize when an infant may need CPR
• The basics of performing infant CPR
• How to recognize when an infant is choking
• What to do if an infant is choking
• Opportunities to practice skills and ask questions

Registration is $50 per couple, making this a great opportunity for both parents or caregivers to learn and practice these important skills together.
