Infant Care Class

Hey new parents! Come join our Infant Care Class to get the hang of those early days with your little one. This in-person session is packed with hands-on tips and easy tricks to keep your baby happy and healthy. Whether it’s diapering, feeding, or soothing techniques, we’ve got you covered. Bring your questions and meet other parents in a relaxed, friendly setting. Can’t wait to see you there!

PLEASE NOTE: All classes are in person.

In this class we cover all the basics of life with a newborn. You will learn what to buy, how to bathe a newborn and the importance skin-to-skin newborn contact. You will have an opportunity to practice important skills like how to hold a baby, swaddling and diapering. We will teach newborn safety including how to safely use car seats to how reduce the risk of sudden infant death syndrome or SIDs.

If possible please bring a partner or support person –ideally someone who will be present in your child's life after you go home. Also, please bring your infant car seat if you already have one (if not no worries).
