• Coq au Vin — chunky mashed potatoes, bacon, red wine sauce
• Steak Frites — Flat Iron Steak, french fries, sautéed haricots verts, green peppercorn sauce
• Mushroom Ravioli — brown butter sage sauce

Shared Dessert

• Vanilla–Raspberry Crème Brûlée — fresh berries + truffle samples
• Served with a port wine pairing

Each couple receives one bottle of wine to share from a curated selection (Non-alcoholic available) .
