Hour group sessions to include pole work and poles and grids exercises to develop strength, improve proprioception, rhythm and balance. Both quiet sessions for the more novice pairing and challenging for the more experienced partnerships. On this date Cath will be teaching at the Stables in Wilstead. Groups of 3 or 4 riders.
