About this Event
Our Indoor Plant Swap is back for 2022!
From 6pm – 7.30pm, Mitre 10 Onehunga will be hosting an Indoor Plant Swap. Pre-register online to secure your spot – spaces are limited!
How the event works:
Select the plant(s) and/or rooted cutting(s) from your collection that you’d like to pass on to someone, making sure that they’re healthy, well rooted and pest-free. Label your selection with the name of the plant(s) and bring them with you to Mitre 10 Onehunga on the 18th May, where you’ll add your plants to a collection of indoor plants brought in by your fellow attendees. On arrival you'll be handed a plant ticket for each plant that you bring. Keep hold of this as you'll need it later! Throughout the evening you’ll get the chance to see what plants are available that you’d like to add to your home. When leaving, hand in your plant tickets to our staff and take your chosen plants home!
Hear from our range of experts on their top tips, tricks and advice on how to keep your plant collection thriving. There'll be giveaways on the night, exclusive discounts, and the chance to do some DIY!
Pre-registration is required for this event.
This event is built on trust and we ask that you respect both our Team Members and your fellow attendees when selecting your plants, both before and during the event.

Pre-registration for this event is required.
Plants that are put forward to be swapped must be healthy, pest-free and well rooted. Please label all swaps before arriving at Mitre 10 Onehunga with the plant name. Plants are to be swapped with plants brought by attendees only. Swaps with store products are prohibited. Swaps are final, and may not be returned to Mitre 10 Onehunga after the event. Mitre 10 Onehunga will make the final decision on any issues that may arise at the event.
At the time of advertising this event, masks will be required to be worn in line with the Red Setting. This will be reviewed in accordance with the Government updates.
