Indoor Pilates at TMC Helix Park

Experience mindful movement when you join us for our monthly invigorating Pilates sessions amidst the scenic views of TMC Helix Park. Tonyé Lynch, MPH, CHES, your friendly neighborhood pilates instructor and owner of SYNCD Pilates, will guide you through 45- minutes of full-body mat Pilates.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to Pilates, this class is perfect for all skill levels and those who are looking to improve core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.

Pilates will be held on the last Wednesday of each month, but please be aware of a few date changes due to upcoming holidays.

Please bring a mat and a towel. Blocks will be provided to assist with modifications and progressions. Snacks and water will be available for participants to refuel after the workout. Classes will be held indoors in the TMC3 Collaborative Building moving forward.
