Please join The Arc of East Central Iowa and ASK (Access for Special Kids) Resource Center for a free education presentation on Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Learn what an IEP is and how you can support your loved one through the development and implementation of their plan. Time will be available at the end of the event for Q & A. This event is open to families, friends, staff, and community members. Please RSVP to Shelby at [email protected] by August 19th. ASK (Access for Special Kids) Resource Center serves as the state of Iowa’s parent training and information center for families of children with disabilities. It is a family-focused, nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and their family members by providing innovative and collaborative advocacy, training, resources, and support.
