Individual Accountability Framework – are you ready?

In this talk Gerry cross, Directory of Financial Regulation Policy and Risk, Central Bank of Ireland, will give his thoughts on the Individual Accountability Framework Act 2023 (the IAF Act) which was signed into law on 9 March 2023 and partially commenced on 19 April 2023.

Gerry will cover the Senior Executive Accountability Regime (SEAR), Conduct Standards, Enhancements to the current Fitness & Probity Regime (F&P) and Amendments to the Administrative Sanctions Procedure (ASP). This will be a fast-paced, informative session.

Parking and Travel
By Car: There are a number of public car parks in the area, the closest being the Convention Centre adjacent to the PwC office, NCI Car Park & IFSC Park Rite Car Park.
Luas: The Luas Red line stops at Spencer Dock just behind the Convention Centre.
By Bike: There is a Dublin Bike station directly opposite PwC on North Wall Quay. There are bike racks at the top of the ramp to the rear of PwC and in front of Boca Cafe. There are additional bike racks in the CCD car park.
