Welcome to the Indigo Spring Festival!

Join us for a lively spring afternoon at Indigo, where community, connection, and discovery come together.

Explore the community through a series of interacting stops—from beautifully designed model homes to Indigo Farm—each offering unique experiences, food, drinks, and entertainment along the way.

What to Expect:

A self-guided Model Home Adventure and chance to meet our new Section 2 builders.
Interactive experiences throughout the community
Live music and entertainment
Family-friendly activities, including a bounce house and train ride
Light bites, drinks, and a curated selection of local vendors
Visit the Indigo Farm to meet the farmers and shop seasonal produce

Adventure Card Experience

Pick up your Indigo Adventure Card at check-in and explore each stop throughout the community. Collect stamps along the way and enter for a chance to win raffle prizes.*

Adventure Card Raffle

Complete your Indigo Adventure Card by visiting participating model homes and community stops for a chance to be entered into our event raffle drawing.

Resident Referral Raffle

Current Indigo residents can earn an additional raffle entry by referring friends and family to attend. Simply complete the onsite Resident Referral Form during the event to be entered into a separate resident-only raffle drawing.

*While supplies last. One entry per person. Open to those 18 years of age or older. Prizes are available while supplies last. Must be present to participate. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries. Additional terms may apply.
