Right around the corner from the Art Gallery of Alberta is the North Saskatchewan River and Edmonton’s own River Valley. Join Talking Rock Tours on this wonderful tour of the River Valley and deepen your understanding of this culturally and historically important area. Fur trade history, flora, fauna and geology are all on the schedule for this unique tour.
The tour will start and end at the Art Gallery of Alberta, where a light snack will be waiting for you.
About Walking Tours: To commemorate the AGA’s 100th anniversary, we invite you to join us for a series of scenic walking tours. Each week, we’ll discover a piece of Edmonton’s storied history as we meander the area surrounding the AGA. Each tour features a 45-minute presentation led by a local expert followed by refreshments. Tickets for the walking tours can be bought as a series or individually.
Due to the nature of a mobile event, tickets are limited to 20 people per event.
