Indigenous Plant Walk

In this walk, we will explore the edible and medicinal magic of plants growing at Cascades Park. Take sacred time for yourself and charge your nervous system with the soothing frequencies of nature. Listen to the plants, learn about their history of usage in indigenous cultures and how they can be activated in the home and kitchen to enrich your life with botanical abundance. We will visit native trees, such as Pine, Magnolia and Palm. All participants will receive a complementary booklet about wild flora in North Florida.
