Indigenous Leaders Gala

The Indigenous Leaders Gala is a celebration of culture and leadership amongst Indigenous Students at the University of Manitoba.

It will feature:

• A three course Indigenous inspired fine dining experience
• Mocktails
• An award ceremony honouring Indigenous Student Leaders at the U of M
• Inspiring speeches from community leaders (including the Hon. Nahanni Fontaine, Minister of Women & Families and Hon. Renée Cabel, Minister of Advanced Education)
  Performances by:
• Award winning Indigenous Opera Singer, Rhonda Head
• Southern Medicine Bird Drum Group
• Métis Jiggers
• Powow Dancers

Dress code: Cultural/ formal attire

Note: If award recipients purchase a ticket before finding out about their win, they will be eligible for reimbursement.
