Join the Storytellers of the Ancestral Road (SOAR) as they welcome families and all generations to learn about Indigenous history, culture, and traditions. Five stations will introduce and expand on concepts like "The Three Sisters," "Giving Thanks - Indigenous Traditions," Time & Place Perspectives of the Indigenous Peoples," "Cross-Generational Storytelling," and books related to Indigenous stories and authors.
There will be song and dance every half hour. Learn the Potato Dance, the Rabbit Dance, and the Friendship Dance.
This event is free to the public.
