Join us Saturday, November 16th at 8:00pm to celebrate Indie's 15 year anniversary with The LaRue Nickelson Trio! We'll have some beer specials and will be selling our brand new Indie Anniversary T-shirts and Baseball T's with artwork by our very own bartender Quinten Finnell!
LaRue Nickelson is a Jazz Guitarist and Composer from the Tampa Bay area who has taught at USF since 2000. He has had a varied and diverse music career with many different groups. He has played in New York, Italy, South Africa, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Montreux, and California as well as staying very busy doing festivals and clubs in the Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Orlando, and Sarasota, Florida areas. He's a neighborhood friend and has played The Independent Jazz nights and on other occasions for as long as we can remember!
