20 Years Ago I created a series of fundraisers called Indie Chick Night.We featured female musicians, poets, artists, and vendors to raise funds for domestic violence charities around Metro Detroit.
It was powerful. We had 3 of them and raised over a thousand dollars at this little hometown coffeehouse.
It's time to bring it back ON INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 2025.
I've spent 20 years building my networks, like beautiful glittery spiderwebs in the moonlight.
And I'm inviting all of you.
On Saturday, March 8th, 2025 we are hosting Indie Chick Night REVIVAL on @internationalwomensday_global
at @gallery46.us in Pontiac, MI
This will be a zero profit event and 100% of proceeds will be going to 3 different charities. Our goal? To raise $5000.
Tickets are now on sale for this once in a lifetime event that will save lives.
We'll be featuring poets, dancers, skaters, speakers, musicians, fashion designers, models, artists, self-defense, and the best vendors in Detroit as well as food, drinks, and desserts. This 6 hour extravaganza will be constant rotating so you'll be thoroughly entertained no matter what.
Tickets are just $10 + $15 and available in the @indiechicknightrevival profile link. The $15 ones include a special raffle basket ticket worth hundreds of dollars featuring items from 20 different vendors or more.
