Our annual membership tea will be held this year on Tuesday, September 2nd at 1:00 pm at the Indianapolis Propylaeum at 1410 N. Delaware. This promises to be a delightful time of socializing and learning about other member organizations.
ICW's 2025-2026 Yearbook/Directory will be distributed at the tea to organization presidents, patrons and board members.
Please remember all members of your groups are invited to our meetings and special events.
At this tea, we will be conducting a silent auction to help raise money for ICW. We would like each organization to provide a basket or gift card that we will auction.***NOTE: The Propylaeum is contributing a tour and one night stay for two at the Prop!🎊
We hope you are able to join us! The deadline for reservations will be August 28, 2025. Club presidents will receive a complimentary ticket and for all others the ticket price is $25 payable at the door.
We ask that each president (or their designee) take a few minutes to introduce themselves and speak briefly about their club or organization.
