About this Event

In this active, interactive walking tour, you will learn about incredible wildlife, birds and plants that can be used to build immunity, to detoxify the body,to relieve respiratory distress, and everyday aches and pains. You will learn to identify additional plants used for food, medicine and utility purposes.

We will take a dive into the fascinating and complex and largely untold (10,000+ year) history of the sacred dunes area. During this tour you will learn about Native American cultures, and the historic trade routes between local tribes and Mexico, Canada, the Atlantic and the Pacific.

Spring will look and feel even better when you understand more about the history of this beautiful land. You will get plenty of exercise, boost your immunity and impress all of your senses!
