Indian Woodblock Printing

Join us to explore the craft of block printing using Fairtrade wood blocks hand carved in India for a hands-on, in-person session where you'll learn the art of creating stunning patterns using traditional wooden blocks. Perfect for anyone who loves crafts and wants to explore a cool, creative technique. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and have fun making beautiful designs!

In this workshop you will print greetings cards and a fabric tote bag after first practising with different blocks and paint colours. You will be supported through the process by Eleanor, the founder of Creative Planet and who is a trained Indian wood block printer. Beginners or experienced printers are welcome at this workshop. Your ticket price includes all materials and equipment.
