Pilates
Enjoy this awakening Pilates session at the start of our wellness day. Looking at precision and movement for the perfect Pilates practice.
Barre
This is a fun and energising fusion of Ballet and Pilates. Barre is a fabulous legs and bottom workout, as well as being perfect for improving posture and strengthening the whole body. You do not need any Pilates, ballet or barre experience to enjoy this fun and upbeat class.
Yoga
Chakra Workshop, Tibetan Singing Bowls and Massage Relaxation
with Adriana and Charlotte
As summer ends and autumn begins, we are sometimes blessed with an unexpected and delightful Indian Summer. This workshop will offer you a heart-warming, calm and peaceful yoga practice to enhance feelings of love, warmth, and wellbeing. The yoga flow will guide and ease you through asana (physical movement), Pranayama (breathing) and Dhyāna (meditation).
Our session will finish with Tibetan singing bowl sound therapy which is effective in achieving a state of relaxation, as well as moving through blockages in the body. You will also receive a optional holistic face massage which gently softens the tight tissue and muscles in the face.
