Think no more, and join us to enjoy a weekend meal at Sam and Curry with some old friends, and some new ones.

Halal Foodie Risk Index

• Level 1 - I will only eat meat that is claimed to be hand slaughtered Zabihah halal, or resort to vegetarian food. (E.g. iJava, Port of Peri Peri)
• Level 2 - I will meats that are at least claimed as halal by the provider , or resort to vegetarian or seafood. (E.g. Zareen's)
• Level 3 - I can eat foods that are considered permissible, without seeking halal certification (e.g. Beef, Chicken) , or resort to vegetarian or seafood. (E.g. KFC)
• Level 4 - I am able to selectively customize items at an establishment to request removing any offending ingredients (e.g. pork or sausage), and am generally comfortable with foods that are considered permissible, without seeking halal certification. (E.g. Can I get the Hawaiian pizza, without the ham?)
• Level 5 - I am able to take a risk while acting in the best intentions, and hope that I didn't consume anything inadvertently. (E.g. I'll just scoop the bacon out of the loaded potato soup, and have the rest)
