The Tasting Class will show you the way with a 4-course food and wine pairing dinner at The Crossing. This one of a kind elevated Indian dining experience will shine a spotlight on the sheer diversity of Indian cuisine. Between courses, an educator from The Tasting Class will teach you about the specific wines served and explain what wine and food considerations come into play when we make great pairings.
