AUTHOR MEET & GREET
We have four AMAZING authors who will be participating in our Meet & Greet from 2 to 5 p.m.
Molly Harper is the author of more than forty paranormal romance, contemporary romance, women’s fiction, and young adult titles. A lifelong romance reader, she graduated with a Masters of Fine Arts from Seton Hill University, focusing on writing popular fiction. She lived in Kentucky for most of her life before recently moving to Michigan with her family . . . and she’s still figuring out how to choose outerwear and play complicated winter card games.
Born in India and raised in the U.S. since the age of nine, Alka Joshi has a BA from Stanford University and an MFA from California College of Arts. Joshi's debut novel, "The Henna Artist", immediately became a NYT bestseller, a Reese Witherspoon Book Club pick, was Longlisted for the Center for Fiction First Novel Prize, and has been translated into 30 languages. "The Secret Keeper of Jaipur" (2021) and "The Perfumist of Paris" (2023) completed the Jaipur Trilogy. Her fourth novel, "Six Days in Bombay", was released on April 15, 2025. She is currently working on her fifth novel. In 2024, Joshi was selected for the Forbes 50 over 50 List, celebrating women who are shattering age and gender norms across all sectors of the American economy and culture.
Amy Pease is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin and the Madison Writer’s Studio, and works as a nurse practitioner, where she is a nationally recognized HIV specialist. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband and two children. Wildwood is her second novel.
Award-winning "USA Today" and "Wall Street Journal" bestselling author Brighton Walsh spent a decade as a professional photographer before taking her storytelling in a different direction and reconnecting with her first love —writing. She likes her books how she likes her tea—steamy and satisfying—and adores strong-willed heroines and the protective heroes who fall head over heels for them. Throughout her twelve years as a published author, Brighton's written more than 40 romances, some of which have earned starred reviews from "Library Journal" and "Booklist", with one of her novels named among Booklist's top 101 romances of the past decade. Her work has been featured in "Women's Health" and "Publishers Weekly", among other publications.
VENDOR FAIR
Join us from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the green space next to Cut Stone Pizza for a free bookish vendor fair! The fair will include the merch bar from The Lettering Machine, themed mocktails from The Sipster!, popcorn treats from Sandy's Poppers, and of course, local authors, and bookish goods.
Please note, the vendor fair is outdoors and will be cancelled in the event of bad weather.
REGIONAL PASSPORT PROGRAM
Join our regional passport program and discover new bookstores! Prizes are available for those who shop at multiple stores, including the opportunity to win an amazing basket of books and gifts! More details here: https://withfriends.co/event/27665417/regional_indie_bookstore_passport_program
