Originally part of William McCoy’s estate, the land was subdivided in the late 19th century to form what is now the charming McCauley Park neighborhood. Built in 1921 and thoughtfully renovated in 2014, this cozy bungalow retains its traditional and Craftsman character, featuring original hardware, flooring, and built-ins throughout. With its eclectic charm and festive spirit, our home warmly welcomes you this holiday season.

Originally built in 1856, the Stone-Gamble home was designed in the elegant Greek Revival style, showcasing symmetry, balance, and proportion through its preserved trim and architectural details. The original structure consisted of two large rectangular wings arranged in an L-shape, facing Main Street. In the 1920s, homeowner George W. Jennings made a bold transformation—splitting the L-shaped structure into two separate buildings and repositioning them to face Noland Road. This change created two distinct homes from the original design. Today, only the rear section of the original house remains, expanded upon by Roy Gamble in later years. This storied property now serves as the Silver Heart Inn, continuing its legacy as a cherished piece of local history.

Built in 1971, this charming four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home in the Milton Estates Subdivision blends classic design with thoughtful modern updates. A major renovation of the main floor seven years ago brought new life to the space, including a raised great room floor, a custom fireplace façade with a stylish mantle, and built-in bookcases on either side—perfect for cozy evenings and curated displays. The open layout flows seamlessly into a fully updated kitchen, complete with a walk-out patio ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. A newly added pantry and coffee bar offer a delightful spot for a fresh brew any time of day. The addition of a formal dining room and welcoming entryway creates a warm space for hosting family and friends. With a love for quirky antiques and festive flair, decorating for the holidays is a joyful tradition here. From snowmen and gingerbread to a growing collection of Harry Potter-themed décor, each piece adds to the home’s unique charm and seasonal spirit.
