Youth Volleyball and Football Tournament. Summer Fun for the Youth during Summer Break. Open to all players, their family and friends. Rules and Information below: -
Volleyball Tournament Rules and guidelines:
-Youth age 19U and under (Age check)
-Boys and Girls Division
-21 Point International System, but Hmong Rules.
-Playoff, Semi and Finals are best out of 3 (single elimination).
-Playoff, Semi Final 3rd game to 15 rally point (single elimination).
-Final 3rd game to 15 sideout point.
-Max 10 players, 6 on court and 4 alternates.
-No switching players from other teams, automatic DQ.
-2 teams from each bracket will advance to playoffs.
-Round Robin Tournament at beginning of each bracket.
-Cash Prizes for 1st and 2nd Place.
-Trophy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place
- All 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place will received participation Medals.
-Registration/Signup fee $80 ($20 cash min) per team. Pay at Park.
-Food and Cold Drinks will be provided per team (1x a day).
-Cash, Cash App and Debit Cards Accepted (Cash preferred).
-FYI: Bring your own food and drinks as needed.
-Refs: 4 Refs per game, 2 for point counting and court regulation,
2 Line Referees.
-Boys: 1st Place: $240, 2nd Place: $120 (15 teams or less). Cash prize increase if more teams signup (20 teams Max).
-First Serve at 9am, Team Captain Meeting at 8:30 am.
-Random on-site bracketing at time of registration.
-Waiver forms to be filled out before or at time of registration if under 18 years of age by adult.
-1 Player on Team must be Hmong.

Flagged Football Tournament Rules and Guidelines:
-Youth Age 19U and Under (Age check)

-2 half of play, 15 mins per half.
-12 players Max, 6 on field, 6 alternates
-2 designed Quarterbacks (Team Captains).
-2 Football Fields, 4 teams per field Max
-3 1 min timeout per half
-Registration/Signup fee $100 ($20 cash min) per team. Pay at Park.
-Cash Prize $400 (8 teams) and Trophy for 1st Place Football Champion. Cash Prize $300 min (Must have 4 teams). 1st and 2 place will all received participation medals.
-Ref: Team that is off the field in other bracket must referee other field game (2 Refs per game).
-Random on-site bracketing at time of registration.
-Waiver forms to be filled out before or at time of registration if under 18 years of age by adult.
-First Game at 9 am, Team Captain Meeting at 8:30 am.

-Host reserves the right to DQ or remove uncooperative or any anyone causing a disturbance at Host Event enforced by County Park Ranger.
