Join us for a workshop that explores options and the process of incorporation for startups.

This workshop will cover:

1. The types of business entities, and factors that might cause a founder to choose one type of entity over another;
2. How to select a jurisdiction in which to form an entity;
3. The internal negotiations that should take place amongst founders in order to appropriately constitute the entity and establish each founder’s relationship between themselves and the entity; and
4. The nuts and bolts of the formation process.
