One big inclusive sports day offers you the chance to try inclusive sports such as Football, Basketball and Pickleball, all coordinated by our friends from One Culture Support Services.
Plus, every participant will receive a FREE copy of Get Active, Stay Involved! - A comprehensive guide developed by NDSP Plan Managers and Paralympics Australia. This guide covers everything from goal setting and inspiring stories to practical advice and assistive technologies to help you get involved in your local sports community.
Meet Paralympian Alumni Tim Ian Maloney! Tim will be available for meet and greet opportunities on the day. Tim is a distinguished Australian wheelchair basketball player hailing from Adelaide, South Australia. His sporting journey reached its pinnacle as a key member of the Australia men's national wheelchair basketball team, representing his country at the 1992 Barcelona and 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games. Tim's dedication and skill were instrumental in securing a gold medal for Australia in 1996, a triumph that earned him the esteemed Medal of the Order of Australia.
