UWE is a diverse University with an incredible range of student talent. However, we know that accessing that talent isn’t always easy and that there are often unseen barriers to recruiting and retaining diverse talent.

Our academics and careers advisors have been working to understand these challenges, and we want to work with you to help you find, recruit and nurture talent through our inclusive practice toolkit.

Inclusive Practice means designing processes, support and opportunities so every person can participate and thrive.

It is an essential part of growing your business, helping you attract, retain and nurture diverse talent.

All organisations are welcome, whether you are just starting to think about this or actively looking to build upon current Inclusive Practices in your own organisation. The event could be particularly useful for Professional Services and HR, recruitment and responsible business leads.
