During this session, you will experience:

Somatic Visioning (Hour One)Led by wellness facilitator Jothi Saldana. With guided breathwork, gentle movement, and visualization, you will reflect on the past year and reconnect with clarity and internal alignment.

Vision Boarding (Hour Two)Led by Executive Director of Curated Leadership, Sheliza Jamal. This structured, creative session will include articulating your goals visually and anchoring them into a clear, intentional direction for the year ahead.
