Inclusive Employment Event

Local employers are invited to meet our Routes to Employment Interns and Pre-Interns in a welcoming and interactive, reverse job fair environment.

Drop-in between 10am and 2pm where our Supported Interns will be confidently showcasing their CVs, skills and career aspirations, giving you the opportunity to connect with potential future employees in a relaxed, meaningful way. Alongside this, our Pre-Interns will be presenting and networking with employers, discussing their strengths, workplace needs, and the types of support that help them succeed in employment.

This is a valuable opportunity to explore how inclusive practice can be tailored to meet your business needs. The event will also feature a live presentation from a Job Coach, on making your workplace inclusive, disability awareness and supported internships which will provide a clear and informative overview of supported internships, the benefits to employers, and the ongoing support available in the workplace.

Live presentations will take place at 10.30am and 1.30pm. Whether you are looking to diversify your workforce, strengthen your inclusive practices or meet motivated young people who are ready to work, this event promises to be professional, informative and rewarding.
