Pride is a time when the LGBTIQA+ community is able to come together in protest, celebration and discussion. Still, so often it is the disabled members of our own community that are left out of this conversation. This event will bring together 4-5 incredible panellists to open up that conversation, hold space for discussion, highlight areas where Pride can improve and celebrate our diversity.
Ari Kerssens (he/him) and Becki Moss (she/they), two disabled queers will be joining forces to create an evening that will spark ideas, allow people to connect with others in similar situations with them and leave people feeling hopeful about the future.
Panellists:
Ari Kerssens (he/him)
Aych McArdle (they/them)
Cha'nel Kaa-Luke (she/they)
Rafiqah Abdullah (she/her)
