BIO: Dylan M. Rafaty is an influencer and disability rights activist dedicated to advancing opportunities for people with disabilities across Texas and the United States. Driven by a lifelong commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion, his mission is to open doors that improve quality of life through innovation, strategic partnerships, and systemic change.

A vocal advocate for corporate social responsibility with an entrepreneurial mindset, Dylan is widely respected by civic leaders, businesses, nonprofits, government and academic institutions. His recognition includes induction into the Susan M. Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame, Oticon’s Focus on People Advocacy Award, Dallas Business Journal Leaders in Diversity, Plano Chamber Rising Star, Tech Titans Community Hero finalist, North Texas Commission Diversity Champion, and multiple 2025 honors. He was also named one of D CEO’s Dallas 500 Most Powerful Business Leaders in both 2025 and 2026.

Dylan currently serves as Founder, President, and CEO of the North Texas Disability Chamber and holds leadership roles with the North Texas Commission, Visit Dallas, and the City of Frisco. A certified diversity professional, he holds degrees from Collin College, the University of Phoenix, and SMU, and is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership at USC.
