This is how InBound started. The desire by one woman to provide a distraction free journey for her students to go inward, find clarity, and experience life more fully.
And this is exactly what yoga instructor, women’s empowerment coach and breathwork facilitator Maria Brito has brought to our beloved city of Huntsville.
The concept of full immersion yoga is not new in larger metropolitan areas within the United States. This experience provides noise isolation, less distractions, and more presence on the mat. All of this adds to an experience that has been described by participants of Maria’s classes as “next level yoga”. Through perfectly curated playlists, that include nature sounds and upbeat music, Maria takes her yogis through an introspective journey. The sounds pumped directly into participants’ ears and Maria’s soothing voice guides her students into an altered state of self awareness.
