When Silk Sarees Become Canvases
Experience Women of Bangalore by Olympe Ramakrishna – 12 vibrant oil-painted portraits printed on silk suspended like sarees drying on rooftop terraces. A stunning metaphor for femininity and the artist’s love for India.
Inauguration: Thursday 6 February 6 PM in the presence of the artist.

About the Artist🎭
Olympe Ramakrishna is a contemporary Indo-French artist who grew up in Normandy immersed in a creative family. Trained at Les Beaux-Arts and Battersea Art Center in London she has spent over a decade in Bangalore with her Indian husband and their son. Through her painter's lens she explores themes of femininity and identity creating art that bridges her French roots and Indian inspirations.
