Inaugural Workshop: Felicia's First Book Release

This October, Felicia is releasing her first book, We Are All Connected, We Are The StarDust Crew. The purpose of this workshop is to support Felicia’s book release by capturing photos and video of participants engaging in conversation, community, and embodied practice. Pre-registration is required.

• Cost per person: $108 (free for 18 and younger)
• This workshop is for community members, educators, social workers, and families. Participants receive a copy of the book, an in-person embodied workshop, community connection, and a wholesome snack.
• Bring water, yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and pillows if desired (chairs will be provided)
• Maximum 30 adults, 10 kids (children must be accompanied by an adult)
• Please wear teal, green, blue, yellow, white, or black (see colors below)
