Inaugural Women in Nightlife Cocktail Party

Women in Nightlife (WIN) is a female-led initiative dedicated to empowering and supporting women in the nightlife, hospitality, and music industries - spaces that have long been male-dominated. WIN was founded to amplify the voices of women working in these fields, provide networking opportunities, and create a more inclusive and equitable industry.

The organization's mission is to celebrate and uplift women in nightlife, advocate for better representation in leadership and ownership roles, and foster a supportive community where women can connect, collaborate, and thrive. Through curated events, mentorship, and advocacy initiatives, WIN aims to shift the culture of nightlife to be safer, more inclusive, and more empowering for women at all levels, from DJs and promoters to venue owners and industry professionals.

WIN's first event will take place on Monday, March 10, 2025, as an industry night gathering to introduce the organization and its mission. The event will serve as an opportunity for women in nightlife, hospitality, and music to connect, share experiences, and discuss how WIN can best support them!

  About the Venue:

  Le Mari is beautiful new restaurant on Newbury St. in Boston owned by Chef Leigh Whittaker that features fresh and seasonal ingredients with a Mediterranean influence served in rapid fire fashion. Dishes are largely meant to be shared and enjoyed with a curated cocktail and an endless fluid wine list utilizing a full liquor license. A custom playlist with a new sound system along with a new backlight bar and exquisite lighting will provide an atmosphere diners will enjoy!
