Come join us for the First Annual Placer County Rib Cook-Off at the Placer County Fair. Sign your team up to compete against others for the People's Choice Award and Judges Award. Go to https://www.placercountyfair.org/ribcookoff to register your team and for more information! Tasting and judging starting at 1 pm and ends at 3 pm. Tickets for ribs are only available at the Cook-Off. The tasting kit is $10.00 and includes 5 tickets (1 ticket=1rib), one voting ticket, tasting boat.
