The Ralston HINGE Creative District will be hosting its inaugural Heartland Plein Air Festival. Professional artists will be painting scenes around Ralston and the Metro Area. The public is welcome to watch the artists at work as well as purchase these one-of-a-kind artworks during the Collector's Soiree on September 18 or the Public Exhibition on September 19.
