Welcome to the inaugural conference of West Coast Alliance to Promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (WeCAPD)!

Hosted by Cedars-Sinai Cancer, the inaugural conference of WeCAPD aims to foster collaboration and community among NCI-designated and emerging cancer centers in the Western U.S. The conference will encourage dialogue among leaders, faculty, staff, postdocs, trainees and stakeholders. Join us to explore opportunities to shape Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the cancer community!

Featuring regional and national leaders, the conference will engage participants in meaningful discussions on best practices and emerging trends in DEI, cultivate innovative strategies to address current challenges, and build frameworks to advance DEI initiatives across cancer centers.
