Join Ninette for a fun hour of traditional and not-so-traditional yoga flows set to songs that would never make it onto any spa soundtrack. Think high-energy beats, unexpected surprises, and lyrics that will drop a few choice words.
Let off some steam, get loose, and move however your body wants to move. This class is for all levels, the only requirements are:
👉 You’ve gotta move (in any way you can)
👉 You can’t be easily offended
Come let go some of the heavy of the week, month, year and laugh, sweat, and flow to music your yoga teacher probably shouldn’t be playing but definitely will.
