Valentine’s Day is often framed around romantic performance—but this experience offers something deeper and more nourishing.

In Tune With Love is a trauma-informed, heart-centered sound bath designed to help you gently reconnect with yourself and the love that exists within and around you. This experience supports the release of unhelpful thought patterns about love while inviting healthier, more grounded ways of relating—starting in the body.

Many of us learned about love through intensity, urgency, or survival. Over time, this can cause love to feel overwhelming, unsafe, or dysregulating. Through sound, intention, and nervous-system-aware practices, this workshop offers a different experience of love—one rooted in safety, softness, and presence.

• A grounding opening to support nervous system regulation
• Gentle reflection to release unhelpful beliefs and narratives about love
• A heart-centered sound bath using healing frequencies
• Guided invitations to explore what safe, healthy love feels like in your body
• Space for rest, integration, and reflection
• Guests will receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag

No prior experience with sound baths, meditation, or breathwork is needed. This is not about forcing emotional release or “opening the heart” before you’re ready—everything is offered with choice, consent, and care.

Open to singles and couples. Come as you are.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A blanket or pillow for added support
