Experience Breathwork with Cara from In-tune ArtistryThis month's guided breath journey is centered on stress relief during this hectic time of the year. Come enjoy breathwork and stress-relieving sound bath. Take some time for yourself during this season to relax, reset, and restore.

Where: First Presbyterian Church - Fellowship Hall.
Parking: back parking lot and utilize the rear entrance. Once inside, take the ramp down on your right to the Fellowship Hall.
W hat to Bring and Prepare:
- yoga mat
- journal and pen
- water
- avoid food 30 minutes prior
- wear comfy clothing
- blanket (optional)
- pillow or cushion (optional)
- eye mask (optional)
